Job Overview

As a Service Engineer at ADD Automation, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth installation, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of our automation and loading bay systems. You’ll work closely with clients to provide on-site technical support, diagnose faults, and ensure that equipment operates safely and efficiently. Candidates should have hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of loading bay and automation equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and on-site service to clients.
  • Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales and project teams for technical clarifications and project updates.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain customer relationships through professional and prompt service.
  • Assist in training clients’ operators on equipment usage and safety practices.
